General

✦Submitting a form does not grantee it will be accepted, i reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.
✦I will only accept orders i can do within my time limit and believe i can draw the character in a way both me & you will be happy with.
✦I am not comfortable drawing any ocs that have any Anti-Semitic art related to them (No Hamas praise, "From the river to the sea" or any call for genocide of jews or the cleansing of them from the land.)
✦There will be NO REFUNDS, cancellations or chargebacks once the commission was paid for unless i am unable to finish the commission within a reasonable time- for which i will let you know and offer you a compensation or a full refund.
✦I draw animations frame by frame and don't have a lot of experience, so may not be able to do all animation requests you have.
✦Please make sure to save the files as i may lose them as i update my softwares, clear out space. etc. and cannot be responsible for the loss of artwork. you can always reach out to check though.
✦You will receive digital files only. no items will be shipped.

Use

✦I still keep the intellectual property rights as the artist & will be able to post it, etc. unless an NDA fee is paid.
✦Do not steal / edit / claim the artwork as your own.
✦NO AI / NFT USE.
✦Please make sure you credit me when sharing the artwork on social media.
✦Personal use ONLY unless commercial fee was paid.
✦Commercial fee may be purchased at a later date if desired, but will subjected to future TOS and price changes and may not cost the same as it does at this moment in time.
✦Reselling / trading / gifting of the artwork is allowed (However not for more than you paid for)

Communication

If you are commissioning a SKEB style artwork:
✦there will be no WIPS, changes or further contact after submitting the form & accepting the proposal. Please make sure to communicate everything you would like in your initial form / request as this is the only way to request anything specific.
✦No revisions included with this type of commission.
If i accidentally made a mistake with your character design, i missed something in the form, forgot a detail, etc. this will be fixed as this was my fault, however if you missed something or if the mistake was caused by an unclear, blurry or watermarked reference or request, i will not be able to fix it. If it's something small i may be able to fix it, but i will charge extra for it.If you are commissioning regular style artwork / sketches:
If you have selected to receive WIPS - there will be 3 stages to the artwork:
✦Stage #1 - You will see the base sketch with no colors and will be have 1 revision - at this stage you can make any changes you would like to the pose / expression / details or request a total re-sketch (current sketch will be discarded and you will not be allowed to save or use it).
✦Stage #2 - You will see base color + minimal shading - at this stage you can make small adjustments only and any changes to the colors.
✦Stage #3 - I complete the shading & will deliver the final artwork. Only small color corrections can be done at this stage.If you have selected to not receive WIPS - you will not be entitled to revisions, but it will allow me to finish the artwork without waiting for feedback, therefore will be done much quicker.

Deadlines & Delivery

✦Please request any deadline for the delivery if needed. Anything less than 3 weeks will have an added "Rush fee" charge depending on the complexity of the commission, the time requested, and my other commission queue or real life work.
✦Usual turnaround will be between days , weeks up & to 2 months.
✦You may request an estimated delivery time if you don't wish to have a hard deadline, but would like to know how fast i can finish your work.
✦Refund can be requested if i don't finish your work within 2 months (however may be declined if i am still working on the commission / think i can finish soon, Refund will granted upon 3 months of uncompleted work.
